LaVille Youth Soccer is a non-profit organization whose mission is to foster the physical, mental and emotional growth and development of our youth through the sport of soccer at all levels of age and competition.
LYS is part of the North Central Soccer Association which is comprised of other recreational soccer organizations in the region including Argos, Bremen, Culver, Fulton County, Plymouth, Starke County and Walkerton.
Our Spring program is open to boys and girls, preschool age through Grade 8. Practices are held twice a week at Newton Park in Lakeville, Indiana. Games for preschool/kindergarten divisions are intramural and are held Saturday mornings at Newton Park. Games for Grades 1-8 are regional and are held mostly on Saturdays. The season begins in late March and continues through the end of May. Signups begin and end in January.
Our Fall program is open to boys and girls, preschool age through Grade 6. Practices are held once a week (Thursdays) with games on Saturdays. All practices and games are held at Newton Park. This intramural program runs for 5 weeks beginning after Labor Day. Signups run July-August.
We have an immediate need for volunteers to serve on our board, including a referee coordinator. If you are interested, please contact our Vice President, Kevin Schmidt, at 574.784.8518.

If you have already registered your child, you should be hearing from a coach soon. Practices will begin the week of March 17th provided the weather and field conditions are favorable.
